Property Transfers Plus LLC has many different pricing models to meet the needs of all clients. Please contact us for an estimate regarding the services you specifically need.
For a typical move and clean the client is charged a $300 flat fee for the first 3 hours. The work proceeding will be charged hourly based on the services provided. The typical hourly charge for cleaning is $85 and for moving is $95.
All moves and cleans include two skilled professionals, a truck, all packing supplies, and all cleaning supplies. Large jobs may include additional personnel which will be reflected in the hourly rate charged.
We are open to most forms of payment and may be able to provide a payment plan at the clients request. No job is too big, and no job is too small. Schedule your estimate in-person or online today!
