Zach Stewart, Co-Founder
Zach Stewart is a 23-year-old entrepreneur from Cape Elizabeth, Maine, a small town south of Portland. He grew up with a passion for extremely competitive sports which gives an advantage in the highly competitive industries of moving and cleaning. Zach, a recent graduate from the University of Denver, strives to complete every job better than the individual before to build a strong bond with loyal customers. He looks forward to being your main point of contact and stress reduction during your upcoming move or cleaning!
Samuel Loring, Co-Founder
Samuel Loring is a 24-year old from Portland, a coastal city in southern Maine. In high school Sam was very competitive in lacrosse and swimming often having practice as early as 5:00am and as late a 9:00pm. After graduation Sam decided to pursue his passion for design by attending Red Rocks School of Fine Woodworking and Design. During this time Sam found his passion for entrepreneurship, but did not yet know where to aim his efforts. With a passion for customer service backed by years as a Chef for Wedgewood Weddings and Events, he decided to launch Property Transfers Plus. Now, Sam aims to over-achieve in the fields of moving and cleaning and looks forward to being your main point of contact for your upcoming move or clean.
